More than just a round of golf.

Blaize Piacentini was a kind, dependable, and generous man, a loving husband, devoted father, and loyal friend who always helped others. Shortly after his 60th birthday, he was diagnosed with glioblastoma, an aggressive and incurable brain cancer. He faced the disease with strength and optimism, but passed away 23 months later.

We are excited to announce The 3rd Annual Blaizer Cup Charity Golf Tournament on July 9, 2027. All fundraising proceeds will be donated to Sunnybrook’s Glioblastoma Cancer Research Fund. This year’s event was a huge success where we raised over $37,000.
